The Admin Guide provides concise instructions and visuals for configuring ChurchPad settings, managing user roles, and setting permissions.

The Dashboard presents an at-a-glance view of key metrics, recent activities, and quick links to ChurchPad modules, keeping you informed and ready to act.

The Contribution module lets you record, track, and report church donations, manage pledge campaigns, issue giving statements, and export financial summaries.

In the Streams & Media module, you can browse recordings, create thematic playlists, and manage series and speaker resources—all in one place.

In the People module, you can view and manage member profiles, add or update contact details, import/export people data, and organize members into categories or groups.

In the Teenagers module, you can view and manage teenage member profiles, track their attendance and involvement, and connect them with age-appropriate groups or classrooms.

In the Children module, you can view and manage child member profiles—add or edit details, assign guardians, track attendance and participation, and connect them with age-appropriate groups and resources.

The Follow-Up module lets you manage new guest submissions end-to-end: view incoming “I’m New Here” forms, assign or re-assign guests to team members, log follow-up activities, and track engagement progress.

The Dynamic Forms module lets you design, customize, and deploy interactive forms—collect and review submissions, export data, and trigger notifications—all without writing code.

On the Admin Events & Calendar page, you can create and manage events, configure event details, view RSVP lists, and track attendance records—all within a unified calendar interface.

On the Admin Prayer Requests page, you can view and filter all submitted prayers, review details, approve or mark them as granted, manage settings—everything in one dashboard.

On the Admin Testimonies page, you can view and filter all submissions, approve or disapprove with feedback, manage publication settings, —all in one centralized dashboard.

On the Admin Unified Communication page, you can compose and send SMS, MMS, voice broadcasts, emails, and push notifications; set up smart keywords for automated responses; manage credits; and review messaging history

In the Tickets module, you can open a new support ticket, view its full details, respond, and close the ticket once the issue is resolved.
