Overview

How to Navigate the ‘Dynamic Forms’ Overview Page in the Admin Portal

1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin."

4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

5. From the left sidebar menu, click on “Dynamic Form”.

6. In the submenu that appears, select Overview.

Navigating the Top Navigation Tabs

At the top of the page, you'll see four tabs:

1. Dashboard: The main overview with summary cards and charts.

2. All Forms: A list of every form you've created.

3. Private Forms: Forms accessible only via direct links.

4. Public Forms: Forms available publicly.

5. Recently Submitted: Quick access to the latest submissions.

Click a tab to switch views.

Understanding Summary Cards

Below the tabs, four summary cards provide at-a-glance metrics:

1. Total: Cumulative number of form submissions.

2. Active: Number of forms currently active (published).

3. Non-Active: Number of forms not published or archived.

4. Created This Month: Number of new forms created in the current month.

Each card shows a percentage indicating change compared to the previous period.

Interpreting the Submissions Bar Chart

"Number of Submissions in the Last 12 Months"

1. X-axis: Months (May 2024 – March 2025).

2. Y-axis: Submission count.

3. Bars: Monthly submission volumes.

Actions:

1. Hover over a bar to see the exact numbers.

2. Click the download icon to export data as CSV or PDF.

Reviewing Demographics by Status

Pie Chart: Active vs. Non-Active Submissions

1. Legend:

   1. Dark blue = Active (46%)

   2. Light blue = Non-Active (64%)

2. Use the dropdown on the top right of the chart to filter by year (e.g., 2024).

Comparing Form Types Over Time

Line Chart: Private vs. Public Forms

1. Legend:

   1. Pink = Private forms

   2. Teal = Public forms

2. X-axis: Months

3. Y-axis: Submission volume (1k–5k)

Insights:

• Identify spikes in public form usage.

• Compare seasonal trends between form types.

Past Years Submitted Forms Comparison

Multi-Line Chart: 2024 vs. 2023 vs. 2022

1. Legend: Red = 2024, Blue = 2023, Light blue = 2022.

2. X-axis: Months (January–December).

3. Y-axis: Submission counts (0–60).

Tips:

1. Hover over data points for exact values.

2. Spot year-over-year trends and anomalies.

3. Use the download icon to export the comparison.

1. Download Icons: Available on each chart for CSV/PDF exports.
