How to Navigate the ‘Dynamic Form Settings’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on “Dynamic Form”.
In the submenu that appears, select Settings.
Review and Configure Submission Controls
At the top of the Settings page, you’ll see a series of toggles that control what your users can do with their form submissions.
Allow Users To Submit Duplicate Form
What it does: Enables users to submit the same form multiple times (e.g., weekly prayer requests).
How to set: Toggle ON (blue) to allow duplicates, OFF (grey) to prevent them.
Allow Users To Edit Their Submitted Form While It Is Still in Active Mode
What it does: It lets users go back and update their entry as long as the form is still “active” (not closed or disabled).
How to set: Toggle ON to allow in‑place edits; OFF to lock submissions once sent.
Allow Users to Duplicate Form to Override And Keep Most Recent Form
What it does: If a user submits a new entry after their first, this option will replace their prior submission with the new one (keeping only the latest).
How to set: Toggle ON to override; OFF to keep all submissions.
Allow Users To Delete Submitted Form
What it does: Grants users the ability to completely remove their submission.
How to set: Toggle ON to permit deletion; OFF to disallow.
Tip: Use these controls to balance flexibility for your members with the data integrity needs of your church’s processes.

Configure Notification Email Addresses
Below the toggles is the Email Addresses section. This determines who receives an email whenever a new form is submitted.
Add or Remove Recipients
Click inside the recipient box to search existing users by name or email, or type a new email address directly.
Press on the Name to add each address.
Click the “×” next to any recipient to remove them.
Maximum of Five Addresses
You can enter up to 5 emails. This ensures notifications stay targeted and manageable.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve added or removed addresses, click the Save button on the right to apply your settings.
