The Dashboard presents an at-a-glance view of key metrics, recent activities, and quick links to ChurchPad modules, keeping you informed and ready to act.
How to Navigate the ‘Dashboard’ in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.

Overview of the Dashboard Layout
Upon logging into the Admin Portal, you’ll land on the Dashboard. The screen is typically divided into sections that display real-time stats, recent activities, and quick actions:
Main Navigation Sidebar – Located on the left. Contains links to different modules like Contributions, Streams & Media, People, etc.
Main Dashboard Area – Displays analytics, statistics, reminders, and recent items.
Notifications & Profile – Located at the top-right corner. Displays alerts, user info, and settings.
Key Metrics & Stats (Top Section)
Weekly Contributions
A quick snapshot of the total contributions for the current or selected week (e.g., “$25,765.98”).
A small bar chart or graph usually illustrates daily or weekly giving trends.
Messaging Credits
It shows how many SMS/communication credits remain.
Click Buy More Credits to replenish credits as needed.
Reports Summary
Below the top metrics, you’ll find a row of summary tiles. These tiles display high-level stats for various modules over a particular period. [ last 7, 15, or 30 days]
Members: The total count of registered members over a particular period.
Contributions: The total number of contributions/transactions.
Streams: The count of active or upcoming live streams.
Events: The number of scheduled events.
Prayer Requests: The total requests submitted by members.
Tickets: The number of support or event tickets.
Follow-up: The number of pending or new follow-up tasks.
Testimonials: The total number of submitted or posted testimonials.
Graphs & Charts
You’ll often find one or more graphs that visually summarize contributions, attendance, or other key metrics over time (daily, weekly, or monthly). Some dashboards also include:
Prayer Requests (last 7 days)
Testimonials (last 7 days)
Follow-ups (last 7 days)
Each graph provides a quick glimpse into the latest trends and how your church community is engaging in these areas.
Latest Updates & Upcoming Events (Right Sidebar)
Latest Updates
Displays system messages, payment alerts, or feature announcements.
Resolve any highlighted issues (e.g., “Payment Failed”) by following the prompts.
Video/Media Widget
A space where a YouTube or ChurchPad-hosted video may appear (e.g., a promotional or tutorial video).
Upcoming Events
A mini-calendar or list of events with dates, times, and brief descriptions.
Use the View All link to jump to a full events calendar or a detailed schedule.
Recent Contributions & Other Activity (Lower Section)
Toward the bottom of the dashboard, you may see:
Recent Contributions
A table listing new or notable contributions, showing User, Amount, Date, Status, and Actions.
Latest Testimonies
A snapshot of testimonies submitted by members with text, images, or videos. Shows who shared it, the status (e.g., Posted, Archived), and a quick action to View.
Latest Follow-ups
Displays open or recently assigned follow-up tasks, who they’re assigned to, the status (e.g., New Member, Assigned), and the date.
Contribution Statistics & Breakdown
A Contribution Statistics widget might appear, showing:
Total Contributions (e.g., “42,836 Total Contributions”).
Breakdown by Category (e.g., Tithe, Mission, Building Fund).
Visuals like pie charts or bar charts to show the proportion of each category.
Tip: Click on a category or segment to navigate to a more detailed report of transactions.
