How to Navigate the ‘Closed Ticket’ Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Tickets.

  6. Under the Tickets menu, select the ‘Closed Tickets’ option.


View Closed Tickets

Tickets displayed under the Closed tab contain:

  1. Ticket ID: Unique identification number of the ticket.

  2. Created By: User who initially created the ticket.

  3. Date Closed: Date when the ticket was marked as closed.

  4. Type: Nature or category of the ticket.

  5. Priority: Indicates urgency level (High, Medium, Low).


View Closed Ticket Details

  1. Click "View Ticket" to open a ticket and see full details:

    1. Ticket details including Ticket ID, Created date, Created by, Type, Priority, Status, original message, and closed date.

  2. Activity Logs:

    1. View detailed history, status updates, and user interactions related to the ticket.

Filter and Search Tickets

Utilize the search bar or filters (Type, Creator, Priority) to easily find specific tickets.


Export Ticket Reports

Click "Download" at the top right corner to export your closed tickets list as Excel, PDF, or Word.
