Other Ways to Give

How to Navigate the ‘Other Ways to Give’ Page of the Contribution Module in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on “Contribution”.

  6. Click Other Ways to Give. You will see a list of any existing alternative payment methods you have already set up (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Western Union).


Viewing and Managing Existing Give Methods

On the Other Ways to Give page, a table displays:

  1. Name - The platform or method name (e.g., “PayPal,” “Venmo,” “Western Union,” “Bank”).

  2. Details - Additional identifying information such as email, username, or account/routing numbers.

  3. Created At - The date the method was added.

  4. Actions

    1. Edit – to modify the method details (e.g., update an email address or routing number).

    2. Delete – to remove an existing method permanently.


Editing a Give Method

  1. In the Actions column, click Edit next to the method you want to update.

  2. A side panel (or modal) similar to the “Add Give Method” screen will appear.

  3. Update any necessary fields (e.g., new bank routing number, updated PayPal email, etc.).

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.


Deleting a Give Method

  1. Click the Actions dropdown next to the method you wish to remove.

  2. Select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

  4. Once deleted, the method is removed from the list and will no longer be available for members to use.
