How to Navigate the ‘Scheduled Email’ Page of the Communication Module in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.
Click Emails to open the Email communication page
Overview of the Email Page
The Email page is divided into two main tabs:
History Tab: Displays all previously sent emails.
Schedule Tab: This shows any emails that are scheduled to be sent in the future.

Managing Scheduled Emails
Switch to the Schedule Tab: View all emails scheduled for future delivery.
Table Columns:
Setup Date: When the scheduled email was created.
Send On: The date and time the email is set to be sent.
Recipients: The number of recipients the email will go to.
Credits Used: The amount of credits needed.
Status: Typically “Scheduled” until it’s sent.
Created By: The user who scheduled the email.
Actions: View details, edit sending times, or delete.

View Schedule Email Details
Click View to see detailed information about the scheduled email (recipients, time, message, etc.).

Editing Scheduled Emails:
Select Edit Sending Times from the Actions dropdown.
Change the Schedule Type (Send Now or Send Later) and set a new date/time if needed.
Click Update to save changes.

Deleting a Scheduled Email:
Under the Actions dropdown, select Delete.
Confirm deletion in the pop-up prompt (note: this action cannot be undone).
