How to Navigate the ‘Email History’ Page of the Communication Module in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.
Click Emails to open the Email communication page.
Overview of the Email Page
The Email page is divided into two main tabs:
History Tab: Displays all previously sent emails.
Schedule Tab: This shows any emails that are scheduled to be sent in the future.

Viewing Email History
Switch to History Tab: By default, you’ll see a list of past emails, including details such as Transaction ID, Sender ID, Credits Used, Total Recipients, Valid and Invalid recipients, Date, and Actions.

Filtering Emails:
Use the Start Date and End Date fields to filter emails by a specific date range.
Click Run Query to apply your filter.

View Details:
Click View under the Actions column to see detailed information about each email. This includes:
Sender ID and Receiver (recipient email addresses).
Status (Sent, Failed, etc.).
Date/Time the email was sent.

Downloading Records
Click the Download button at the top-right corner.
Select Download All to export all records or Download Current to export only the filtered/visible records.
Sending a New Email
Click “Send New Email”: Locate this button at the top-right of the Email page.
Fill Out Email Details:
Sender Email: The email address from which you are sending.
Message Subject: Provide a concise, clear subject line.
Message: Type or paste your message content in the body field.
Message Type: Choose Standard Message or Personalize Message (if applicable).
Select Recipients:
Church Database: Search and select recipients directly from your church’s database.
Existing Group: Choose a pre-defined group (e.g., a department or specific mailing list).
Manual Entry: Enter recipient emails separated by commas.
Schedule Type:
Send Now: Sends immediately.
Send Later: Allows you to choose a future date and time.

View Summary:
Before sending, click View Summary to review important details like:
Valid Recipients and Invalid Recipients.
Credits used for the email.
Do Not Disturb recipients (if any).

Send Message:
If everything looks correct, click Send Message to finalize.
