Do Not Text-Call-Email
How to Navigate the ‘Do Not Call-Text-Email’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.
Under the Communication menu, select the ‘Do Not Call-Text-Email’ option. You will land by default on the "Do Not Text" tab.
Understanding the Do Not Call-Text-Email Tabs
This page has three distinct tabs:
1. Do Not Text
Lists all phone numbers that have opted out from receiving text messages.
Columns:
# – Row number.
Phone Number – Member’s phone number.
Country – Member’s country.
Added By – Name of the person who added this preference.
Reason – Reason for opting out (if provided).
Date – Date and time when the number was added.
Actions – Option to delete the number from the list.

2. Do Not Call
Lists phone numbers of members who prefer not to receive calls.
Columns:
Same columns as Do Not Text tab (Phone Number, Country, Added By, Reason, Date, Actions).

Add New Phone Number:
Click "+ Add Phone Numbers".
In the modal, enter one or multiple phone numbers.
Check "Do Not text" or/and “Do Not Call”.
Optionally, provide a reason.
Click "Save".

3. Do Not Email
List email addresses that should not receive emails.
Columns:
# – Row number.
Email – Member’s email address.
Added By – Name of the person who added the email.
Reason – Reason for opting out (if provided).
Date – Date and time when the email was added.
Actions – Delete the email from the list.

Add New Email Address:
Click "+ New Email".
Enter one or multiple email addresses.
Check "Do Not email".
Optionally, provide a reason.
Click "Save".
