How to Navigate the ‘Smart Keywords’ Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.

  6. Under the Communication menu, select the ‘Smart Keywords’ option. You will then land on the Smart Keywords listing page by default.


Understanding the Smart Keywords Listing Page

This page lists all active smart keywords along with useful details. Below are the column descriptions:

  1. Name: Identifies the specific keyword associated with the automated response.

  2. Type: Specifies the message type associated with the keyword, such as SMS or MMS.

  3. Description: Briefly describes the content or purpose of the smart keyword.

  4. Hits: Shows how many times this particular keyword has been triggered.

  5. Date: Displays the date when the keyword was created or last updated.

  6. Actions: Offers additional management options:

    1. View Details: Provides full details of the keyword.

    2. View Hits: This shows the list of individuals who interacted with the keyword.

    3. Edit: Allows modification of existing keywords.

    4. Delete: Removes the keyword permanently.


Adding a New Smart Keyword

To add a new keyword:

  1. Click + New Keyword.

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    1. Type: Select SMS or MMS.

    2. Smart Keyword: Input the keyword.

    3. Notify Emails: Enter email addresses to receive notifications (max 3 emails).

    4. Type message: Input the message to send as a response.

    5. Upload Image (for MMS only): Upload relevant images (up to 10MB) if necessary.

  3. Click Save to finalize the creation.


Editing an Existing Smart Keyword

To edit a keyword:

  1. Click Edit from the Actions dropdown.

  2. Modify the necessary fields.

  3. Update the keyword’s status as Active or Inactive.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.


Viewing Keyword Details

To review details:

  1. Click View Details from the Actions menu.

  2. A modal will appear, showing:

    1. Type

    2. Keyword

    3. Notify Emails

    4. Response Message

  3. From here, you may choose to Edit or Delete the keyword directly.


Viewing Keyword Hits

To view who has interacted with your keyword:

  1. Click View Hits from the Actions menu.

  2. A detailed table appears, showing individual interactions including First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile, and interaction Date.


Deleting a Smart Keyword

To delete a keyword:

  1. Click Delete from the Actions menu or keyword details modal.

  2. Confirm by clicking Delete again in the confirmation pop-up.

  3. Note: Deleted keywords cannot be restored.
