How to Navigate the ‘Media Vault’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.
Under the Communication menu, select the ‘Media Vault’ option
Understanding the Media Vault Interface
The Media Vault page has two primary tabs:
Images – Stores all uploaded images.
Audio – Stores audio files such as sermons, podcasts, or announcements.
Viewing Media
Navigate to the Communications module and select Media Vault.
You'll see a list of uploaded media files.
Click View to preview any image in detail.
Adding New Media
Click the Add New button.
Choose your image file (max size: 3 MB, optimal width: ≤1280px).
Enter a descriptive name for the media.
Click Add Image to upload.
Editing Media
Click the Actions dropdown beside the media item, then select Edit.
Update the media name or replace the image if needed.
Click Save Changes.
Deleting Media
Click the Actions dropdown beside the media item, then select Delete.
Confirm deletion by clicking Delete Media on the confirmation pop-up.
Viewing Audio Files
Go to Communications > Media Vault > Audio Tab.
Browse through the list to see uploaded audio files.
Click Play to listen to any audio file.
Adding New Audio
Click Add New.
Upload an audio file (max size: 10 MB).
Provide a clear and descriptive name.
Click Add Audio to save.
Editing Audio Details
Select Edit from the Actions dropdown menu beside the audio file.
Update the name or replace the audio file as necessary.
Save your changes by clicking Save Changes.
Deleting Audio Files
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Delete next to the audio file.
Confirm deletion on the confirmation pop-up by clicking Delete.
