How to Navigate the ‘Organization’ Settings Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Settings.

  6. Under the Settings menu, select the ‘Organization’ option.


Manage Modules & Preferences

On this page, you can enable or disable the following modules on your landing page:

  1. Give Module

  2. Check-in Module

  3. RSVP Module (including editing RSVP label)

  4. Livestream Module


Set Dashboard Themes

Choose your preferred theme (light or dark mode) for:

  1. User Dashboard

  2. Admin Dashboard

  3. Mobile App

Optionally, you can allow users to switch between themes.


Additional Functionalities

  1. Enable or disable session duration changes and geo-based attendance check-in.

  2. Configure signature details for reports/emails by entering:

    1. Pastor's Name

    2. Pastor's Title

    3. Pastor's Phone Number

  3. Set or edit the Pastor's Church Code, which is used to validate access to the Pastor's Hub.

  4. Media Uploads for the Celebration Wall: Upload pictures and audio files for: Anniversaries, Children's Birthdays, Adults’ Birthdays.

  5. Set the duration for each celebration under the "Allow Celebration Duration" option.

  6. Save Changes: After making any changes, click "Save" to apply the updates.
