How to Navigate the ‘Payment Processor’ Settings Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Settings.

  6. Under the Settings menu, select the ‘Payment Processor’ option.


View Connected Payment Processors

You will see the connected payment processors such as:

  1. Stripe

  2. Raise The Money

  3. Authorize.Net

Each processor displays masked sensitive details for security.


Edit Payment Processor Information:

  1. Click the "Edit" button next to any payment processor.

  2. Update necessary credentials like API keys, Public keys, Webhook secrets, Merchant IDs, and Authentication keys.

  3. After editing information, make sure to click "Save" to apply your updates.
