How to Navigate the ‘Audit Log’ Settings Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Settings.

  6. Under the Settings menu, select the ‘Audit Log’ option.


Review Audit Logs

The Audit Log page provides a detailed history of user activities, displaying:

  • User Name

  • Activity (e.g., login actions)

  • Section (e.g., Admin Portal)

  • Device used

  • Browser used

  • Location of access

  • IP Address

  • Date and Time of Activity


Searching the Audit Log

Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly filter logs by user names or activities.


Download Audit Logs

Click the "Download" button at the top-right corner to export the audit logs for offline review or archiving purposes.
