How to Navigate the ‘Brand & Logo’ Settings Page in the Admin Portal

The Brand & Logo section in ChurchPad allows administrators to personalize the look and feel of their church’s platform. This includes uploading logos for different platforms (web, app, landing pages, statements) and customizing brand colors for consistency across your ChurchPad experience.


1️⃣ Access the Brand & Logo Settings

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. Note: The Admin option is only visible to users with admin privileges.

  6. From the left-side menu, scroll down and click on ⚙️ Settings.

  7. Select Brand & Logo from the Settings options.

    1. You will land on the Brand & Logo page (see screenshots).


2️⃣ Manage Logos

The Logos section allows you to upload logos for different use cases:

  1. Portals – Used for the website portal on browsers.

  2. Mobile App – Displayed on the ChurchPad mobile app.

  3. Landing Pages – Appears on event forms, registration pages, and hosted landing pages.

  4. Statements – Shown on financial statements or giving receipts.

👉 Steps to Edit a Logo:

  • Click Edit ✏️ beside the logo section.

  • Upload your church logo from your computer.

  • Click Save/Apply.

Your new logo will now reflect on the selected platform.


3️⃣ Customize Brand Colors

The Brand section lets you define the colors used across your ChurchPad dashboard and mobile app.

Primary Color

  • This is the main theme color (buttons, highlights, and UI elements).

  • To edit:

    • Click Edit ✏️ next to Primary.

    • Use the Color Picker to select your preferred color.

      • Input a Hex code (e.g., #9E00FF)

      • Or use RGB/HSB sliders.

    • Click Apply.

Dark Mode Color

  • Defines the highlight color when users switch to dark mode.

  • To edit:

    • Click Edit ✏️ next to Dark Mode.

    • Pick a new color or enter its hex code.

    • Click Apply.

  • To reset, select Reset to default color.


4️⃣ Best Practices for Branding

✔️ Upload high-resolution logos for best display. ✔️ Use your church’s official brand colors (via hex codes) for consistency. ✔️ Preview in dark mode to ensure readability. ✔️ Keep branding uniform across web, mobile, and landing pages.


5️⃣ Final Check

After updating:

  • Review the Portal view (browser).

  • Check the Mobile App preview.

  • Test Forms & Statements.

  • Confirm colors render well in both Light & Dark Mode.


With these settings, your church’s identity is fully reflected across all ChurchPad platforms — giving members a seamless, branded experience.
