How to Navigate the ‘Schedule Voice’ Page of the Communication Module in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.

  6. Choose the Voice option to open the Voice communication interface.


Overview of the Voice Page

The Voice Page is divided into two main tabs:

  1. History Tab: Displays all previously sent voice messages along with details like sender ID, credits used, recipient count, and sending status.

  2. Schedule Tab: Shows all voice messages that are scheduled to be sent later. Here you can manage (view, edit, cancel, or delete) upcoming voice communications.


Managing Scheduled Voice Messages

  1. Accessing the Schedule Tab

  2. Switch to the Schedule Tab: Click on the Schedule Tab to view voice messages that are planned for future dispatch.

  3. Schedule Tab Overview

    1. Listing Details: The schedule listing includes:

      1. Setup Date: When the schedule was created.

      2. Scheduled Send Date: When the voice message is planned to be sent.

      3. Recipients: Total number of recipients scheduled.

      4. Credits Used: Estimated credits required for the message.

      5. Status: Indicates that the message is scheduled.

      6. Created By: The user who scheduled the message.

  4. Actions Dropdown: Each scheduled entry has actions for further management:

    1. View: See detailed information about the scheduled voice message.

    2. Edit Sending Times: Modify the scheduled date/time.

    3. Cancel Schedule: Stops the scheduled message from being sent.

    4. Delete: Permanently remove the scheduled voice message.


Viewing Scheduled Voice Details

  1. Click View under the Actions column.

  2. Details Provided: The detailed view includes:

    1. Voice message content summary.

    2. Scheduled sending time.

    3. Recipient list and validation details.

    4. Credits consumption information.


Editing Scheduled Voice Sending Times

  1. Select Edit Sending Times from the Actions dropdown.

  2. Process: Select Sending Now or Send Later

    1. Use the provided calendar and time picker to adjust the scheduled send time.

    2. Confirm changes by clicking Update.


Canceling a Scheduled Voice Message

  1. Click Cancel Schedule from the Actions dropdown.

  2. Confirmation: Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up dialog. This stops the scheduled message from being sent.


Deleting a Scheduled Voice Message

  1. Click Delete from the Actions dropdown.

  2. Note: Once confirmed, the deletion is irreversible. Confirm the action by clicking Delete in the dialog.
