How to Navigate the ‘Voice History’ Page of the Communication Module in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.

  6. Choose the Voice option to open the Voice communication interface.


Overview of the Voice Page

The Voice Page is divided into two main tabs:

  1. The History Tab displays all previously sent voice messages along with details like sender ID, credits used, recipient count, and sending status.

  2. The Schedule Tab shows all voice messages scheduled to be sent later. Here, you can manage (view, edit, cancel, or delete) upcoming voice communications.


Sending a New Voice Message

  1. Initiate a Voice Message

    1. Click "Send New Voice": Locate the button at the top right of the Voice Page and click it to open the voice message creation form.

  2. Composing Your Voice Message

    1. Sender Number: Select the sender number from the dropdown list.

    2. Message Type: Choose whether you want to send a standard voice message or a personalized one.

    3. Recipient Selection:

      1. Church Database: Search and select recipients from the church database.

      2. Existing Groups: Choose pre-defined recipient groups.

      3. Manual Entry: Manually enter phone numbers (comma-separated) if needed.

  3. Scheduling Options

    1. Send Now vs. Send Later:

      1. Send Now: If you wish to dispatch the voice message immediately.

      2. Send Later: To schedule the message for a future date and time.

  4. Review and Confirm

    1. View Summary: Click on View Summary to see a detailed breakdown of the message content, recipient details, total credits to be used, and other key metrics.

    2. Send Message: Once you’re satisfied with the details, click Send Message to proceed.


Viewing Voice Message History

How to Review Past Voice Messages

  1. History Tab Overview: In this tab, you'll find a list of all voice messages that have been sent.

  2. Displayed Details: Each entry typically includes:

    1. Transaction ID: Unique identifier for the voice message.

    2. Sender ID: The number from which the message was sent.

    3. Credits Used: Number of credits consumed for the message.

    4. Recipient Count: Total number of recipients.

    5. Date Sent: When the message was dispatched.

    6. Status: Whether the message was sent successfully or encountered an error.


Viewing Detailed Information

  1. View Details: Click the View action for any entry to see in-depth details such as:

    1. Sender and receiver information.

    2. Detailed status reports for individual calls.

    3. Time stamps and call logs.


Downloading Reports

  1. Download Options: Use the Download button to export:

    1. Download All: All voice transaction records.

    2. Download Current: Only the records currently displayed.
