Understanding the Reporting Options

  1. Recent Check-In Tab

    1. Lists the latest check-ins that have occurred, typically showing each child’s name, classroom category, check-in date, and checkout date.

    2. Use this tab to quickly see who was recently checked in or out, when it happened, and by whom.

  1. Check-In Report Tab

    1. Allows you to run more advanced queries for attendance statistics over a specific date range.

    2. You can filter the report by:

      1. Reporting Type (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or custom types)

      2. Start Date and End Date

      3. Additional filters or tags

    3. Click Run Query once you’ve selected your filters to refresh the report table.

  1. Select Reporting Type

    1. Choose from the dropdown (e.g., Daily or Weekly) to define how you want the data grouped.

  2. Pick a Date Range

    1. Use the Start Date and End Date fields to specify the reporting window (e.g., Apr 06, 2024, to Jun 05, 2024).

  3. Run Query

    1. Click the Run Query (or equivalent) button to load the data for your selected parameters.

  4. View the Summary Table

    1. In the example screenshots, the table might show categories like 18 Months, 6-7 Years, 10-12 Years, or custom group names like Caleb Crew, Young Gideons, etc.

    2. Each group displays Present and Absent counts.

    3. The table typically lists one row per date t, showing attendance per category.

  5. Adjust Rows per Page

    1. If the report has multiple entries, you can change the Rows per page to view more or fewer items at once.

  6. Search

    1. Use the built-in search bar (often labeled “Type to search…”) to quickly filter the table by any keyword, such as a specific class name or date.

Viewing Individual Check-In Details

When you see a list of names (e.g., Roger Ekstrom, Kierra Phillips, etc.), you can often click on a Details button or the person’s name to open a more detailed check-in record. Within the Check-In Details window, you can typically view:

  1. Child’s Name and Photo. Shows you who was checked in, alongside a small profile image if available.

  2. Classroom Category. Indicates the age group or ministry group (e.g., Young Gideons, etc.).

  3. Check-In Source - Tells you if the child was checked in via the Mobile App, Web interface, or a Kiosk station.

  4. Checkout Source & Checkout By -Shows who or what device was used for checkout, ensuring traceability (e.g., Kaiya Kenter checked them out).

  5. Check-In Date & Checkout Date - Gives exact timestamps of the check-in and checkout, providing a complete attendance record.

  6. Event Information - If the check-in is linked to a specific event, you may see the Event Name, Location, Start Time, and more details.
