How to Navigate the ‘Testimonies Overview’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Testimonies.
Under the Testimonies menu, select the ‘Overview’ option.
Welcome to the Overview Page in the Testimonies Module! This guide will help you understand and navigate the key functionalities available on this page.
Testimonies Metrics
At the top of the page, you'll find summary metrics to quickly assess the performance and activity:
All Time: Total number of testimonies submitted historically.
This Week: Number of testimonies submitted during the current week.
This Month: Number of testimonies submitted within the current month.
This Year: Number of testimonies submitted during the current year.
These metrics help quickly assess the volume and engagement over different timeframes.
Testimonies by Category Chart
This chart visually represents testimonies categorized and submitted over a period, helping you identify trends and insights.
Each line represents a different category of testimonies.
Hover over points in the graph to see exact numbers per category.
Categories are visually distinct by color for quick recognition.
You can print or download this data using the icons provided on the top-right corner.
Best Practices
Regularly monitor this Overview page to assess overall engagement and response to testimonies.
Utilize the monthly trends in testimonies to identify seasonal patterns or topics that resonate most with your congregation.
