How to Navigate the ‘Follow-up Overview’ Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on “Follow-up”.

  6. Under the Follow-up menu, select the ‘Overview’ option.

Understanding Summary Metrics

At the top of your Overview page, you'll find essential follow-up statistics:

  1. Total: Number of new guest submissions.

  2. New Members: Number of guests who have become church members.

  3. Conversion Rate: The percentage of new guests converted into active members.

  4. Follow-Up Team: Total number of active follow-up team members.

Arrows and percentage indicators highlight trends, either upwards or downwards, indicating recent changes.

Reviewing the Demographics by Gender

This section provides a clear, visual representation (pie chart) of guests by gender:

  1. Male: Percentage of submissions from males.

  2. Female: Percentage of submissions from females.

  3. Not Set: Percentage of submissions with gender unspecified.

Use the year dropdown to view gender demographic data for different years. You can download or print this chart using the icons at the top right of this card.

Analyzing Demographics by Age Group

In the Demographics by Age Group chart (bar chart), you can:

  1. Quickly identify the age distribution of your guests.

  2. Toggle visibility between genders (Male, Female, Not Set) using the legend at the top.

  3. Utilize the chart’s year-filtering option to analyze trends and changes over different periods.

Hovering over bars provides precise numerical data for each age group.

Exploring Past Years' Follow-Up Comparison

The Past year's Follow-Up Comparison (line graph) helps identify historical trends:

  1. Compare follow-up engagement performance year over year.

  2. Click the years on the legend (e.g., 2022, 2023, 2024) to toggle visibility for easier comparisons.

  3. Hover on data points to view monthly follow-up figures.

Use the download and print options available at the top right of the chart for reporting and offline analysis.

Exporting or Printing Data

For all three visualization charts (Gender Demographics, Age Demographics, Follow-Up Comparisons):

  1. Click the Download icon (↓) to export data as CSV, PNG, or PDF.

  2. Click the Print icon (🖨️) to generate an immediate print-friendly version.
