How to Navigate the ‘Follow-up Listing’ → “Reporting” Page in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on “Follow-up”.

  6. Under the Follow-up menu, select the ‘Listing’ option. Then click on the Reporting tab. You'll see an overview dashboard and a detailed member performance table.


Understanding Summary Metrics

At the top of the Reporting page, you'll see key performance indicators (KPIs):

  1. Total: Total number of follow-up submissions received.

  2. Unassigned: Number of submissions not yet assigned to a team member.

  3. Open: Submissions currently assigned but need attention and update.

  4. Reassigned: Submissions reassigned to different team members.

  5. Opt-Out: Guests who opted out of further communications.

  6. New Members: Number of guests converted into members.

  7. Conversion: Total successful conversion rate.


Filtering and Searching Reports

  1. Utilize the filter bar to focus reports on specific team members or statuses:

    1. For example, filter by "Member" or by "Status: New" to view tailored metrics.

  2. Use the search field to find specific team members quickly.


Analyzing Member Performance Table

The performance table lists team members involved in follow-up activities, displaying:

  1. Member Name & Email

  2. Open: Number of currently open submissions.

  3. Actioned: Count of submissions actively responded to.

  4. Reassigned: Number of submissions reassigned by this member.

  5. Opt-Out: Guests who have opted out from follow-ups managed by this member.

  6. New Members: Number of guests successfully converted to church members.

  7. Conversion Rate: Efficiency percentage in converting guests to members.


Viewing Detailed Member Profiles

Hovering over a team member’s name displays their profile summary, including:

  1. Member details and email.

  2. Date joined.

  3. Groups they're associated with.

  4. Number of children and total contributions made.

  5. Quick access buttons for viewing a full profile or sending messages directly.


Exporting Reports

  1. Click on the "Download" button located at the top-right corner to export reports.

  2. Select preferred file format (usually CSV or Excel) for offline analysis and record-keeping.
