How to Navigate the ‘Follow-up Listing’ → “Assigned to Me” Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on “Follow-up”.
Under the Follow-up menu, select the ‘Listing’ option. Click on the Assigned to Me tab. You will see a table containing all guests assigned directly to you.
Viewing Assigned Submissions
The table shows the essential details:
Guest Name
Phone
Email
Assigned To (typically your name)
Status (Assigned, Re-assigned, New Member, Opt-out,)
Date of Submission

Filtering Assigned Submissions
Use the filter option (funnel icon) to narrow down submissions:
Select filters like Guest Name, Status, Date, etc.
Click "Apply Filters" to display filtered submissions.
Alternatively, type directly into the search bar to quickly locate specific guests by name, phone, or email.
Managing Your Assignments (Actions Button)
Each guest entry has an Actions dropdown menu with several options:
View Form
Review detailed guest form submissions (Name, Email, Age, Gender, Prayer Requests).
Edit details or log activities directly.

Assign/Re-assign
Reassign the guest to another follow-up team member, if needed.

Log Activity
Click to open a form to document follow-up activities:
Select the type of activity (Text Message, Call, Email, Meet Up).
Include a message and attach optional media files.
Click "Save Activity Log".

Activities Log
View a chronological record of all interactions and updates for each guest.

Delete
Permanently remove a guest record:
A confirmation popup will appear.
Confirm deletion or click "Go Back" to cancel.
