How to Navigate the ‘Schedule MMS’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.
Under the Communication menu, select the “MMS” option.
Understanding the MMS Page Layout
The MMS page has two primary tabs, similar to SMS:
History Tab: Displays past MMS transactions.
Schedule Tab: Displays MMS messages scheduled to be sent later.

Managing Scheduled MMS (Schedule Tab)
Navigate to the Schedule Tab to manage scheduled MMS messages:
The table displays:
Setup Date
Scheduled Send Date
Recipients
Credits Used
Status (Scheduled)
Created By
Actions (View, Edit Sending Times, Delete)
Viewing Scheduled MMS Details
Click View under the Actions dropdown to view details such as message content, scheduled date/time, valid recipients, and credits used.

Editing Scheduled MMS
Click Edit Sending Times under the Actions dropdown.
Adjust the scheduled date/time using the calendar and time picker.
Click Update to save your changes.

Deleting Scheduled MMS
Click Delete under the Actions dropdown.
Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the confirmation pop-up (note: this action cannot be undone).

Downloading MMS Reports
Click the Download button at the top-right corner.
Choose either Download All or Download Current to export records.
