How to Navigate the ‘Prayer Request Overview’ Page in the Admin Portal
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Click your Profile Icon at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"
You are now in the Admin Portal.
From the left sidebar menu, click on “Prayer Requests”.
Under the Prayer Requests menu, select the ‘Overview’ option.
Understanding Summary Metrics
At the top of the Overview page, you'll find four key summary metrics:
All Time: Shows the total number of prayer requests submitted since the beginning.
This Week: Displays the number of prayer requests submitted in the current week.
This Month: Indicates the total prayer requests submitted for the current month.
This Year: Highlights the number of prayer requests submitted during the current year.
These metrics help you quickly gauge prayer request activity levels within your church community.
Analyzing the 'Prayer Requests by Category' Chart
Below the summary metrics is a visual line chart labeled "Prayer Requests by Category"
Each line represents a different prayer request category (e.g., Work, Health, Family, etc.).
Hover your mouse cursor over any point on the chart to view detailed insights, including the number and percentage breakdown of requests for each category in a given month.
Interacting with the Chart
At the top-right corner of the chart, you'll find two icons:
Download Icon: Click to export the chart data in PNG Format.
Print Icon: Use this to print the current view of the chart.
Using Insights Effectively
Utilize the data from the Overview page to:
Identify periods of increased prayer requests and proactively allocate resources or prayer team efforts.
Recognize trends in request categories to better address your community’s needs.
