How to Navigate the ‘SMS Schedule’ Page of the Communication Module in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on Communication.

  6. Under the Communication menu, select the ‘SMS’ option.


Understanding the SMS Page

The SMS page has two primary tabs:

  1. History Tab: Displays past SMS transactions.

  2. Schedule Tab: Displays SMS messages scheduled to be sent later.


Managing Scheduled SMS (Schedule Tab)

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Tab to manage scheduled SMS messages.

  2. The table displays:

    1. Setup Date

    2. Scheduled Send Date

    3. Recipients

    4. Credits Used

    5. Status (Scheduled)

    6. Created By

    7. Actions (View, Edit, Send Times, Delete)


Viewing Scheduled SMS Details

  1. Click View under the Actions dropdown to see details about the scheduled SMS, such as message content, scheduled date/time, and recipient information.


Editing Scheduled SMS

  1. Click Edit Sending Times under the Actions dropdown.

  2. Modify the scheduled date/time using the provided calendar and time picker.

  3. Click Update to save changes.


Deleting Scheduled SMS

  1. Click Delete under the Actions dropdown.

  2. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete in the confirmation pop-up.
