How to Navigate the ‘Settings’ Page of the Streams and Media Module in the Admin Portal

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon at the top right.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin"

  4. You are now in the Admin Portal.

  5. From the left sidebar menu, click on “Streams and Media”.

  6. Under the Streams and Media menu, select the ‘Settings’ option.


Settings Fields You’ll See

  1. YouTube Channel ID

    1. Enter only the channel’s ID (not the full URL).

    2. Example: UCzpPf_rjTWejUXAwS5rgP6A

  2. Livestream Intro

    1. A valid URL for either:

      1. A YouTube video (full link, e.g., https://youtube.com/watch?v=VideoID), or

      2. An image file (e.g., https://example.com/flyer.jpg).

    2. Leave this blank if you want your last livestream to replay.

  3. Livestream URL

    1. Your main church YouTube link or direct livestream link (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/@yourchurch).

  4. Help Text. On the right side, you’ll see tips or examples on how to fill these fields.


Saving and Checking

  1. Click ‘Edit’ and Paste Your Links

    1. Make sure you use valid YouTube or image URLs.

  2. Click ‘Save’

    1. Each field may have its own Save button/link.

    2. If you get an error (e.g., “You must provide a valid intro”), fix your URL format (must start with http:// or https://).

  3. Test Your Links

    1. Visit your Streams & Media page to confirm everything works. If the intro video or image doesn’t show, double-check the URL.
