How to Navigate the ‘Livestream’ Page

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. From the main Dashboard (left‐hand navigation menu), select Media.

  3. Under Media, click on Livestream. This takes you to the Livestream page. The Livestream section in the ChurchPad User Portal allows you to watch your church’s live services and engage with interactive tools like notes, Bible, and giving options—all in one place.

When a Livestream is Active

If a service is currently streaming:

  1. You’ll see the live video player at the center of the page.

  2. The service details (title, location, and date) are displayed below the video.

    1. Example: Sunday Service | Global Harvest Maryland, USA – August 5, 2024

Interactive Features During Livestream

On the right-hand panel, you’ll find 3 key tabs:

  1. Notes – Take personal notes while watching the livestream.

    1. Use the rich-text editor to format your notes (bold, italics, bullets, etc.).

    2. Click Save Changes to store your notes.

    3. A confirmation will appear: ✅ “Your changes have been saved.”

  2. Bible – Open and read scripture passages without leaving the livestream page.

    1. Useful for following along with sermon references.

  3. Give – Make contributions directly while watching the service.

    1. Ensures seamless worship engagement without needing to leave the stream.

When No Livestream is Available

If no service is live at the moment, you’ll see:

  • An illustration with the message: “No Livestream. There is no live stream at the moment. Please, check back later.”

This indicates that the church is not broadcasting live at that time.

Additional Tools for Navigation

  1. Back Button (top left): Return to the previous page or the Media section.

  2. Search Bar (top center): Search for sermons, streams, or keywords across the platform.

  3. Top Menu Options: Access the User Guide, notifications, and account settings (Hi [Your Name]).

Best Practices for Users

  1. Always check the LIVE indicator (red icon at the top right). If it’s glowing, a livestream may be active.

  2. Use the Notes tab actively to capture sermon points—these stay saved in your My Notes section in the portal.

  3. If you missed the livestream, you can revisit the Sermons & Media section under Media to watch past recordings.
