Dashboard

The Dashboard gives users an at-a-glance overview of key metrics, recent activities, and quick links—enabling efficient monitoring and navigation across ChurchPad modules.

How to Navigate the User Dashboard

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. By default, the Dashboard is your landing page once you’re signed in. If not, select Dashboard from the left‐hand navigation menu.

Overview of Dashboard Sections

Your Dashboard is typically organized into several panels or “cards”:

Testimony Wall

  1. Displays recent testimonies (as stories) from members.

  2. You may see circular icons or profile images representing individuals who have shared testimonies.

  3. Click Add Yours to write your praise report or testimony.

Events & Calendar

  1. Shows a preview of upcoming events (e.g., “Sacred Gathering” with date/time).

  2. Click Attend to register for an event or Share to invite friends via social media or direct link.

  3. Selecting an event’s card takes you to the Event Details page.

Contribution Summary

  1. Gives you a quick snapshot of your giving history (e.g., This Month: $300.84, Last month: $193.27).

  2. Click Add Contribution to make a new donation.

My Notes

  1. Displays personal reminders or notes you’ve created (e.g., upcoming event reminders).

  2. Each note shows a title and date.

  3. Click View All to see your entire notes library or to add/edit existing notes.

Sermons and Media

  1. A carousel of featured or recent sermons (e.g., May Thanksgiving Service, etc.).

  2. Click a sermon’s image or title to go directly to its media page and start watching/listening.

Check‐in & Attendance

  1. Shows any events or services where check‐in is available

  2. Press Check‐In to confirm your attendance.

  3. For more details, click the event name to open the event’s main page.

Trending Podcast

  1. Highlights popular or newly updated podcast episodes

  2. Click the Play icon or the card to start listening in the Podcast module.

Leadership

  1. List of church leaders, pastors, or volunteers you can easily connect with.

  2. Buttons like Book Meeting (to schedule an appointment or session) or Email / Call.

  3. Sometimes includes info about each leader’s role or department.

Small Groups / Interest Groups

  1. Displays any small groups or interest‐based groups available in your church (e.g., “The Coffee Lovers”).

  2. Shows a short label or a banner image.

  3. Click the card to see more details, group members, meeting times, and to join

Searching from the Dashboard

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll likely see a Search by keyword field. Use it to:

  1. Find events by name.

  2. Look up sermons or podcasts by topic.

  3. Locate a note or group.

Partial results are generated as you type the keyword.

Navigating to Other Modules

  1. Use the Left‐Hand Menu to jump directly to other sections (Media, Events & Calendar, Check-In, etc.).

  2. The Dashboard typically gives you a snapshot, so for deeper functionality (like watching a full sermon or editing attendance details), you’ll proceed to the relevant module.
