Follow-up

In the Follow-up section, you’ll see all guests assigned to you—view their details, log your interactions, update follow-up statuses, and efficiently manage each task.


How to Navigate the Follow-up Page

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Select “Follow Up” – In the left-hand menu, click Follow Up.

  3. A list (or table) of guests or members who need follow-up will appear, showing each person’s Name, Phone, Email, Status, and Date.


Apply Filters (Optional)

  1. Click “More Filters” – You’ll see a button on the top right labeled More Filters.

  2. Select Filters – A modal labeled “Apply Filters” appears. You can:

    1. Follow Up Status – Filter by “Assigned,” “Re-assigned,” etc.

    2. Created Date – Choose a date to view guests added or updated on that specific day.

  3. Apply or Clear Filters

    1. Apply Filters – Narrow down the list according to your chosen criteria.

    2. Clear Filters – Remove any active filters and show all records again.

Tip: Using filters helps you quickly find guests based on their assignment status or the date they were entered.


View Guest Details

  1. Locate the “Action” Column – On each row, there is a three-dot menu (…).

  2. Select “View Form” – This opens a Guest Submitted Form Answers modal.

    1. You’ll see personal details like Full Name, Phone, Email, Gender, etc.

    2. The Created At timestamp shows when they filled out or were added to the system.

  3. Close – Click Close (or the “X” icon) to exit this form.


Log Activity

Recording your interactions with a guest is crucial for effective follow-up.

  1. Open the Activity Form

    1. Three-Dot Menu – Under “Action,” click … again.

    2. Choose “Log Activity” – A pop-up labeled “Create Activity Log Form” will appear.

  2. Fill Out the Activity Log

    1. Activity Type – Select what kind of interaction took place (e.g., Phone Call, Email, SMS, Visit).

    2. Message – Provide details of your conversation or outcome (up to 200 characters).

    3. Media (Optional) – If you have supporting files (e.g., a screenshot or photo), drag and drop or browse for the file. Only certain formats (JPEG/PNG) may be allowed.

    4. Save Activity Log – Click the blue button to finalize. Your note is now recorded against that guest’s follow-up history.


Review the Activity Logs

Stay informed about all interactions or changes made to a guest’s record.

  1. Action → Activity Logs

    1. From the same three-dot menu, select “Activity Logs.”

  2. Activities Log – A modal shows the guest’s name, phone, and email. Beneath, you’ll see a timeline of events:

    1. New Assignment – Who assigned the guest, and to whom?

    2. Previous Assignments or Reassignments – Past activity history with timestamps.

    3. Any Logged Activities – Phone calls, email notes, or visits you or other team members recorded.

  3. Log Activity (Again) – You can add another activity directly from the Activity Logs modal by clicking “Log Activity.”
