Im New Here Form
The “I’m New Here” form lets new guests submit their name, contact details, and interests so the follow-up team can personally welcome and connect them.
How to Use the ‘I'm New Here’ Form
Open a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
Enter your church’s dedicated ChurchPad URL (e.g., https://demoprosper.churchpad.com), then press Enter.
Click the “I'm New Here” tab in the top navigation.
Key in all (*) required information.
Review All Entries. Double-check that you’ve filled out the necessary fields correctly.
Once satisfied, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the form.
After saving, you will see a thank-you message and receive an email confirming your submission.
