Leaders
The Leaders Page allows you to browse church leaders’ profiles and contact information.
How to Navigate and Use the Leader’s Page
Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.
Go to “Leadership” – In the left-hand menu, locate Leadership and click Leaders.

Browse the Leader Listing
Grid Cards: Each leader appears as a card showing their photo, name, role, a short bio, department tags, and quick‑action buttons (Email, Call, Book Meeting).
Quick Actions:
The email icon opens your default mail client addressed to that leader.
Call icon dials the leader’s phone number (on mobile or VoIP‑enabled devices).
The' Book Meeting' button (or' Available Meeting' for signed-in profile[leaders] who have already set their availability) initiates the scheduling process.
Scrolling & Pagination: Scroll down to see more leaders; use any “Load more” button if present.
View a Leader’s Profile
Click anywhere on a leader’s card (photo or name) to open their Single View.
On the profile page, you’ll see:
Photo, Name, & Title (e.g., “Kierra Philips, Resident Pastor”)
Contact Info: email and phone with Email/Call buttons.
About: short bio or ministry focus.
Departments: tags showing their teams (e.g., Church Admin, Protocol, Evangelism).
Meeting Times (if you’re viewing your profile): a table of your set availability. Or Book Meeting
Return to List – Use the “Back” link or your browser’s back button to return to the main Leaders grid.

Booking a Meeting (Member Experience)
On someone else’s profile, click Book Meeting.
In the “Choose Time” modal:
Meeting Type: toggle between In‑Person or Virtual.
Calendar: Dates with available slots are marked with a green dot. Click a date.
Choose Available Time: Pick one of the time slots that appear below.
Click Continue and follow the prompts to confirm.

Setting Your Availability (Leader Experience)
On your profile page, click Available Meeting (or the pencil icon in the Meeting Times card).
The Available Meeting Times drawer opens.
Edit Existing Slots:
Select Day, enter Start Time and End Time for each row, or click the “×” to remove that slot.
Add New Slot:
Click + Add Time to append a blank row.
Select a Day and fill in Start/End.
Click Add Time (bottom right) to save all changes or Cancel to discard.
Your updated availability now appears on your profile and in the booking calendar for members.
