Hang-out with Pastor

See available slots, schedule one-on-one meetings, and manage your upcoming appointments.


How to Navigate the Hang-out with the Pastor’s Page

  1. Log In – Make sure you’re signed into your ChurchPad account.

  2. Go to “Leadership” – In the left-hand menu, locate Leadership and click Hangout with Pastor. You’ll land on the My Appointments view or page.


Understanding the Appointment Tab Layout

  1. Book Appointment (top banner)

    1. A quick button to schedule a new session.

  2. My Appointments (main area)

    1. Displays all upcoming (and past) bookings as cards.

    2. Each card shows:

      1. Pastor’s name & photo

      2. Title

      3. Date & time

      4. Status badge (e.g., Confirmed)

      5. “•••” menu for actions


Booking a New Appointment

  1. Click Choose Pastor in the Book Appointment banner.

  2. In the Choose Pastor dialog:

    1. Use the search bar to filter by name or department.

    2. Click Select on your desired pastor.

  1. Review the pastor Details, then click Continue.

  1. In Choose Time:

    1. Toggle between In Person and Virtual.

    2. Select a date on the calendar (green dots indicate availability).

    3. Pick an available time slot below and click Continue.

  1. Confirmation prompt appears—click Proceed to Book.

  2. You’ll see a Success screen confirming your booking.

  1. Click Go Back to return to My Appointments, where your new booking will appear.


Viewing Appointment Details

  1. Simply click any appointment card in My Appointments.

  2. You’ll see the Single Appointment view with full details:

    1. Pastor photo & name

    2. Booking reference

    3. Meeting time

    4. Status badge

    5. Cancel Meeting button.


Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment

  1. In My Appointments, click the ••• menu on the relevant card.

  2. Choose Reschedule Meeting or Cancel Meeting

To Cancel:

  1. You’ll see a Confirmation dialog.

  2. Click Proceed to Cancel.

  3. A Success screen confirms cancellation.

To Reschedule:

  1. You’re taken back to Choose Time for selecting a new slot.

  2. Follow the same booking flow to confirm.


Leader Flow: Handling Incoming Requests

A. Switch to My Meetings

  1. Click the My Meetings tab at the top.

  2. You’ll see one card per member request, showing their desired slot and status.

B. Review & Act on Requests

  1. Click the “•••” menu on a meeting card.

  2. Choose one of:

    1. Confirm Meeting – locks in the slot and notifies the member.

    2. Reschedule Meeting – opens the time picker so you can propose a new slot.

    3. Decline Meeting – sends a polite decline notification.

C. Individual Detail View

  1. Click the card itself to see full details (photo, booking ref, date/time) and action buttons:

    1. Confirm Meeting (blue)

    2. Reschedule Meeting (link)

    3. Decline Meeting (red)
